Our products and services have been inspired and develpoed by examples of good practice put together by Investors in People, and case studies from the "Health Work Wellbeing" initiative.

"Health Work Wellbeing" is a Government-led initiative to improve the health and wellbeing of working age people in Britain. Founded on a growing evidence base that working is good for health, it brings together employers, unions and healthcare professionals in helping more people with health conditions to find and stay in employment. This cross-Government programme was launched in 2005, sponsored by five Government partners - the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department of Health, the Health and Safety Executive, the Scottish Executive and the Welsh Assembly Government.

Dame Carol Black - National Director for Health and Work, published her review of the health of Britains working age population. "Working for a healthier tomorrow" the first ever review of its kind, was presented to the Secretaries of State for Health and for Work and Pensions, Alan Johnson and James Purnell on 17th March 2008.
