Lovely & Healthy have recently launched three brand new health event packages. Depending on the size of your organisation, number of employees and the type of event you would like us to run, we will guide you towards the most appropriate event package to suit your needs.
We know from experience that planning a health fair involves a lot of work. There are many things to organise from deciding on a budget, the activities you want to include, booking staff and exhibitors, advertising the event, coordinating the event and not to forget evaluating the event to name just a few! Our corporate health event packages are structured to make life easier for our clients. Our expert team will take care of all the planning, booking, advertising, managing and evaluating, allowing you to focus on your existing workload without having to become an events coordinator at the same time!
A successful event needs people. It is important to secure attendence at your health fair from many different people, for example: holistic therapists, occupational health teams, exercise instructors and health trainers but the people that can often get forgotten when organising an event can be the employees you are running the event for in the first place! The key to ensuring attendence and engagement in your health and wellbeing initiative is effective communication, and by this we mean the right message at the right time in the right place and in the right format.

We have an ever expanding list of onsite exercise classes and workshops on offer ranging from a simple session of circuit training to the latest trends in the fitness world. We offer belly dancing, indoor surf training and boxercise, along with many more fun, and effective activities. Book one of our instructors to deliver a taster session or a full-length class. Choose something that might interest or benefit your staff, the classes can even take place on-site at your organisation and are a great way to build a close team whilst keeping fit.
